Simpleflex is a java based webserver. Is does not support CGIs or PHP but it is possible to extend it with your own code. You can implement WebApps to generate dynamic websites in Java by using a simple API to communicate with Simpleflex.
Product Requirements:

- SimpleFlex was built on a mac for a mac. It holds some platform dependet code. Maybe some of it works on other platforms, but not all. It seems to work on WinXP but its not fully tested. It requires Java 1.4.2. Follow the link and free download SimpleFlex now.
