A software program that, when installed onto the computer pops up at predetermined time intervals and takes the user through a simply animated series of stretching exercises. The stretches are all timed and logged to ensure that they are performed thoroughly and completely.
The program offers versatility in its configuration. There are more than 60 exercises organised in programs to choose from. For example, stretches can be selected for various parts of the spine depending on what causes the biggest issues for the worker. Eg. Cervical spine, arms and wrists, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, or a combination of these. A physiotherapist can determine a program which is then set up specficially for the worker.
Along with the exercise programs, frequency of performance can also be customized to suit each worker based on any underlying injuries or problems.
When the exercise program is completed it becomes dormant until a set time has elapsed after which it will pop up again with another program to run. Follow the link and
