About Piranesi
Architects and designers can start with simple models and renderings, and use Piranesi s patented "3D Painting" technology to quickly fill in missing detail and produce artistic, hand-drawn effects. Piranesi images can be produced from 3DS or DXF models; in addition, many popular Macintosh 3D applications such as Art-lantis, CINEMA 4D, form-Z, and LightWave provide direct interfaces. SketchUp version 3.1 (due later this year) will also have a direct interface, and other applications are expected to follow suit.
