Par2ForMac is a free GUI that utilizes the UNIX tool par2repair.

Par2 files are often accompanied with usenet downloads.

This application uses an encapsulated unix tool called par2repair to repair downloads

Using this app is simple: just drag and drop one of the par2 files on the apps icon. You can also change Mac OS X preferences to open par2 files with this app. You cannot drop files on the apps window . Follow the link and free download Par2ForMac now.
