PanALEX (Chinese edition) is the only 3rd party Chinese input environment available on Mac OS X. It releases the multilingual power within the Mac OS X and enables most of the X native applications to input Chinese text. It comes with more than 20 Unicode based input methods, covering simplified/traditional Chinese characters. PanALEX is a $25 shareware. The beta 4 release will expire on 11/15/2002

1) Fix a memory leak in client/server message passing which crashes input method server 2) Improved dimension calculation which fixed blank screen bug when popup choice list 3) Fix a bug in calculating the choice list palette positioning. 4) Add option to toggle the choice list palette auto-positioning.
