Netbarrier config file 2.0.1 free download

 
NetBarrier Config File is a pre-configured setup file for importing into Intego NetBarrier X. Compiled by a Certified CheckPoint Professional to provide maximum security with minimum irritation, this file contains a number of useful rules, including rules to block the IPs from the PeerGuardian Database.

Also included is a shell script to automatically download and update the list of blocked IPs, whenever they are updated at http://methlabs.org/sync/, as well as install and uninstall scripts, and an extensive Read Me.

What's new in this version:
Methlabs.org and Blocklist.org has changed a number of things. Among others, they are going from PeerGuard version 1 to version 2. This affects my file, in the sense that the "old" blocklists are no longer updated. Presently, I am working on finding a way to translate the new pg2 file format to NetBarrier compatible format. Until that is done, please be patient. The old file still works, though, except that the IP block-list is slo-o-owly getting outdated. Follow the link and free download NetBarrier Config File now.
