Isus Locus turns photos into duotones of any color, with side-by-side previews of the original, the duotone, and the primary and secondary colors. It includes interactive processing, 16-bit processing, and opacity and other adjustment tools. The software also offers fifth-color creation for reproduction on five-color presses and an overlay color correction method (similar to camera filters).
