About irEdit
irEdit is a general purpose programmer s editor that has useful features while mainting a simple interface. One of the main features is the ability to add syntax coloring for new languages from the preferences window.

Another unique feature is the ability to customize the "function pop-up menu" by specifiying a regular expression in the preferences panel. We have included a few examples for Java and C/C++ to get people started.

You can also find & replace using regular expressions. irEdit also features sub-expression support for both function pop-up and searching as well as saved searches.

-FTP: irEdit v1.5 now has built-in FTP support, allowing you to upload and download your documents work from your FTP server. This helps you do more work in one application, increasing your productivity. -More Control: irEdit now gives you the option of setting your deafult window size, making your editing environment more comfortable.
