About i-Installer
A generic software install and configuration application. It can install so-called i-Packages, which are wrappers (directories containing files) with names ending on .ii2 and which will look like files in most applications (such as the Finder). i-Packages can be updated and downloaded from remote locations. Most of this will happen automatically.

i-Packages may have the following functionality:
- Installation (and subsequent Configuration)
- Configuration
- Uninstall (removal)

Many TeX-related and Unix tools are available for installation; see the home page for details. Developers can also create their own i-Packages to easily distribute software for installation over the Internet. Follow the link and free download i-Installer 2.65.2 now.
