About HomeCalc X
HomeCalc X is a small application that performs the functions of many of the internet-based mortgage calculators, which is to calculate roughly what your current mortgage payment would be, given a few variables. It s designed to take with you on the road, or keep on your desktop computer you don t have to connect to the internet to use it!
Whats New in this Version
Fixed a calculation problem (Thanks to Dave Brown for pointing it out) in the estimated tax over the lifetime of the loan. Made the help section a panel instead of a window. Fixed a small help tag glitch. Put the Edit menu back in for copying data out of the program. Extended the length of the fields. Follow the link and free download HomeCalc X 1.3 now.
