Grammarian PRO X is an arsenal of professional writing tools to combat those embarrassing writing errors that everyone tends to make, a universal interactive grammar checking, spelling checking, dictionary, thesaurus, autocorrect, and autotype tool which works with virtually every program on your computer even if a program does or doesn't have these features. Grammarian PRO X works interactively or in batch correction mode and automatically starts working in your applications to correct spelling, grammar, phrase usage, and punctuation. Use the built-in dictionary/thesaurus assistant to look up definitions and verify the correct choice of words. AutoCorrection corrects many spelling mistakes automatically as you type. Also, create AutoType shorthand macros which will automatically type your commonly used signature phrases.

- Added: New RTF Specification v1.9 for clipboard check selection.
- Fixed: Rare obscure bug that dealt with Apple unicode keyboard layouts. The bug occurred with certain keys such as backspace characters and command characters (for example: paste command keys).
- Added: Display the Copy cursor when drag&drop-add spelling dictionaries to the Writing Rules Spelling Dictionary pane.
- Fixed: Mixed case replacements. Spelling check replacements wouldn't always contain the mixed case suggestion/replacement particularly if the word was lowercase such as "iPhone".
- Fixed: PPC only bug with keyboard layouts with interactive replacements.
- Fixed: Added a workaround for a FireFox 3 (MacOSX 10.4.x only) bug in which FireFox would duplicate menu items whenever the TSM manager activated the Grammarian Pencil Menu. The fix is to automatically hide the Pencil Menu in FireFox 3.
- Bookish Phrases dictionary update.
- Windows are now default to nonmetal.
- New: Automatically register the Grammarian component in the System Preferences/Input Menu pane upon installing.
