FruitMenu is a haxie that gives you the ability to customize the Apple Menu and contextual menus. Using a visual editor you can edit the contents of the menus to suit your needs and taste. FruitMenu will also display the contents of the FruitMenu Items folder inside of your Library folder, launch applications and shell scripts from the Apple Menu and contextual menus, to allow easy file navigation and launching. You can also assign hotkeys to particular Apple menu items.
What's new in this version:
- Fixed a bug with "type to select menu item" functionality not working for the Apple menu.
- Addressed an issue causing DiskWarrior 4 to hang when it launched its daemon if the FruitMenu Apple Menu had the "System Preferences" item in it. This would not happen when booted off the DiskWarrior CD.
- Fixed a bug causing Dock submenu (and few other commands) to not work under Intel Mac OS X.
- Fixed a bug causing Bluetooth preference pane to appear in the FruitMenu menu even if no Bluetooth hardware was available.
