- Added support for extracting repeating fields data when performing FileMaker to Sybase and FileMaker to DB2 migrations.
- Updated repeating fields ODBC transfer code for all databases to handle situations in which the primary key is not the first column in the table.
- Updated code for all database migrations to replace special characters in FileMaker field names with "_", in order to avoid problems with column names being duplicated when creating the table in the destination database.
