What's new in this version:

Contacts Changes:

- Only the Contacts file closes all other files upon exit. If any other file is closed (like documents), the Core remains open.
- Removed the field validation (must be unique) for ID_Parent_PK fields. This was done in the Internet, Phones and Addresses tables. It was causing problems during the import script steps.
- Change the name of the field in the Internet table from ID_Parent_PK to ID_Contacts_PK for consistency.
- Fix several navigation bugs with the windows when closing the calendar file. This would cause problems when editing a task or even then opening the calendar by going to the incorrect layout.
- Update the reset and opening scripts to set the appropriate Outlook and Entourage folders. Preferences Changes
- Add phone formats for multiple countries
- Remove the "cntct_USER" table occurrence
