sfv, md5 and csv files are used to check for data loss on file transmission over newsgroups, CD burn and so on, based on md5 or CRC32 algorithms; checkSum+ can create/read these files and tell you (or others) when a file is or not corrupted. Please note that these formats are supported experimentally. Since there are lots of apps in the pc-world able to generate these archives, I choose only the most common of them (such as the ones generated by QuickSFV or MD5Summer).
